LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom,
the power, and the glory are yours
now and forever.
Amen.

APOSTLES’ CREED

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and sits on the right hand of God
the Father Almighty.
From there he will come to judge
the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy catholic* Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,

1 Then Job answered the Lord and said:
2 “I know that you can do all things,
    and that no purpose of yours can be thwarted.
3 ‘Who is this that hides counsel without knowledge?’
Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand,
    things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.
4 ‘Hear, and I will speak;
    I will question you, and you make it known to me.’
5 I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear,
    but now my eye sees you;
6 therefore I despise myself,
    and repent in dust and ashes.”

2. Bolivia Send Off Service (Feb. 12th)

  • We will gather to pray for Bolivia missions this Wednesday at 8:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary. Please note that this meeting will replace our usual Wednesday Prayer Room gathering.

3. Spring/Summer Missions

  • Bolivia (February 14th - February 22nd)

  • FLOW (TBA)

  • Ohio (July 5th - July 11th) sign up by April 6th.

  • Wales (July 18th - July 26th) sign up by March 23rd.

  • Wales Kingdom Series (July 25th - August 1st)

  • Dominican Republic (1st or 2nd week of August)

4. FLOW Summer Camp Info Session (Feb. 23rd)

  • FLOW is happening this year! Our goal is to share the gospel with the children and families of our local community. If you are interested in serving or would like more information, please join our info session on Sunday, February 23rd at 3:45 P.M. in the Sanctuary. If you have any questions, you may contact John Minami at minato8one@gmail.com.

5. Membership Orientation (Feb. 9th)

  • The second half of the Membership Orientation will take place today after lunch in Meeting Room O101 of the Office. If you have any questions, please contact Pastor Andy Chung.

6. Superbowl Fellowship (Feb. 9th)

  • We will be hosting a Superbowl viewing party today after Life Group in the Fellowship Hall. We will be collecting $5 to provide dinner. Additional snacks and drinks will also be provided. If you have any questions or are interested in attending, please reach out to Phoebe Lee.

7. Psalm BRF (Feb. 24th)

  • Bible Reading Fellowship is starting Psalm Book Three on Monday, February 24th. BRF is held in-person at 6:30 P.M. at Haeun Educational Building (201-03 29th Ave Bayside, NY. 11360) and includes a time of fellowship dinner. If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please contact Pastor YT or email us at info@graceny.org.

8. Paint & Pray (Mar. 3rd)

  • The Sports & Recreation ministry is hosting our first Paint & Pray event on Sunday, March 3rd at 4:00 P.M. in the Fellowship Hall.  Join us for a night of painting and prayer fellowship! Supplies for painting and light refreshments will be provided. If you would like to attend, please sign up via QR code or contact James Lim at sngmin.lim@gmail.com. 

9. LA Natural Disaster Relief Donation

  • Grace Church is collecting donations to provide relief to those who were affected by the LA firestorms in January. If you would like to donate, you may Venmo us at @graceny (write “LA Relief” under “What’s It For?”) or via Grace Church envelopes indicated with “LA Relief” by Sunday, February 23rd.
