LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread.
Forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom,
the power, and the glory are yours
now and forever.
Amen.

APOSTLES’ CREED

I believe in God the Father Almighty,
Maker of heaven and earth.
And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord,
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried.
He descended into hell.
The third day he rose again from the dead.
He ascended into heaven
and sits on the right hand of God
the Father Almighty.
From there he will come to judge
the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Holy catholic* Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting.

1 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: ‘The words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand, who walks among the seven golden lampstands.

2 “‘I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false.

3 I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name's sake, and you have not grown weary.

4 But I have this against you, that you have abandoned the love you had at first.

5 Remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent, and do the works you did at first. If not, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you repent.

6 Yet this you have: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

7 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who conquers I will grant to eat of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.’

3. Systematic Theology Class Postponed (Mar. 3rd)

  • This week’s systematic theology class will be postponed due to Ash Wednesday Service.

4. Lent 2022 (Mar. 3rd - Apr. 17th)

  • During this year’s Lent, we want to remember the gospel that we first received and to get to know our community better. To do so, we ask you to share about yourselves and your testimony with other church members. If you would like to participate, please sign up by the welcoming desk or talk to Pastor Andrew Chung. 5. Men’s Book Club (Mar. 15th – Jun. 7th)

  • All men are invited to read Victory Over the Darkness by Neil. T. Anderson and have discussion and fellowship. This book club will take place on Tuesdays at 9 P.M. starting on March 15th. If you are interested in joining, please email James at sngmin.lim@gmail.com by Sunday March 13th.

6. Marriage Classes

7. Evangelism Training (Mar. 13th)

  • Join us to learn how to talk to strangers about Jesus on Sunday (Mar. 13th) at 2 P.M. in Room 137 to learn, share, and practice how we can share the Gospel in a post-Christian world! Pizza will be served.

8. Life Group Leaders Meeting

  • Monthly Life Group Leaders meeting will take place today at 2 P.M. in Children’s ministry room (137).
