Day 21 - Joe Woo
Is there a specific Bible passage or verse that comes to mind in the context of “Less of Me and More of Him”?
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
This verse reminds me that my identity is rooted in Christ, and it encourages me to trust in God's promises and to walk in obedience to His word. It also leads me to deepen my relationship with God and to align my life more closely with His will.
Briefly explain which areas of your life you find most difficult to surrender to Christ.
One area of my life that I find most difficult to surrender to Christ is my pride and self-reliance. In moments of uncertainty, sometimes I try to solve things alone rather than seeking God’s provision and guidance. I often think I could handle things on my own, sometimes even dismissing prayer when it seems like a minor issue.
Share the areas of your life that have shifted from self-centeredness to Christ-centeredness.
In the past, I did things for my satisfaction, and my life was driven by my ambitions and desires. As I grew closer to the Lord, my priorities and values centered around Him. Those old selfish desires changed to wanting to serve the Lord and loving others wholeheartedly.
What are some practical ways you can display Christ to those around you?
To genuinely love and care for others and to know that my actions and words align and reflect Christ’s teachings.
