Charles Spurgeon Morning
and Evening
Charles Spurgeon was
England's best-known preacher for most of the second half of the 19th
century.
His classic Morning and Evening continues to be a popular daily
devotional even today.
Word of Life Fellowship, Inc. is an international evangelistic
Christian youth ministry headquartered in Schroon Lake, New York.
It was founded in the 1930s by John Von Casper "Jack" Wyrtzen and Harry
Bollback. By
1940, Word of Life owned a camp and conference center in Schroon Lake,
and the first Bible Institute was founded in 1971. Today, Word of Life
has active youth ministry operations in over 40 countries and is
involved in a wide variety of activities such as youth camps, Bible
clubs, evangelistic campaigns, and radio ministry. It also operates
several Bible institutes, including two located in Schroon Lake, New
York, and Hudson, Florida, in the United States.
The Voice of the
Martyrs (VOM) is the name of several related Christian organizations founded through the influence
of Pastor Richard Wurmbrand in such countries as
Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United States.
These VOM missions raise awareness of the fact that hundreds of
thousands are killed, tortured, imprisoned and harassed for being
Christians each year. These organizations also provide practical
assistance to persecuted Christians throughout the world. They are
funded through donations and are not subsidized by government support.

Pulpit Magazine began in 2003 as the online
magazine of the
Shepherds’ Fellowship, a ministry to church leaders who are committed
to the purity of the Gospel, the inerrancy of Scripture, and a biblical
philosophy of ministry. Instead of just limiting Pulpit Magazine
to pastors, we now want to make the contents of Pulpit accessible to
everyone.
Answers in Genesis is
an apologetics (i.e., Christianity-defending)
ministry, dedicated to enabling Christians to defend their faith and to
proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ effectively. The focus is on
providing answers to questions surrounding the book of
Genesis, as it is the most-attacked book of the Bible.
